WestFrame offer a selection of structured and bespoke training courses designed to equip individuals with the proper skill set to engage in CP work. Course types offered by partner company are:

Individual Close Protection Training

The WestFrame course covers all of the core competencies as specified by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). In addition the instructors have included extra tuition in subjects such as Close Quarter Battle (CQB) weapons training, vehicle anti-ambush drills and trauma medic training which are not mandatory subjects, but invaluable skills to aid you in the field. Our training scenarios will give you the opportunity to practice the skills and knowledge that you have gained throughout the course in a realistic but safe environment prior to heading out in to the field. Accommodation is provided, as are all learning materials. Course numbers are limited so that all delegates enjoy a high instructor to student ratio.

Individual Surveillance Training

Course instructors and operators are experienced in Special Forces operations and will use their knowledge to ensure a high quality learning experience. Two courses are offered - Basic and Advanced. Each course is 5 days in duration. Both courses are intense and thorough in the extreme. Accommodation is provided, as are all learning materials. Course numbers are limited so that all delegates enjoy a high instructor to student ratio.

Individual Hand-to-Hand and Close Quarter Combat

The WestFrame course instructors are all highly experienced individuals, with a range of backgrounds including military close quarter combat and martial arts. Our courses cover Hand Conditioning, Body Conditioning, Reaction Work, Defensive Work and Restraining & Disarming Skills. These skills are critical for any individual looking to work in the CP environment.

Our courses are ideal as refresher programs for experienced ex-military/emergency services personnel as well as for individuals from non-combat backgrounds.

Corporate Static Security Training Programs

It is an unfortunate fact that many of the UK's most high profile organizations employ a level of security that is simply not fit for purpose. Even where a company contracts 'manpower' in the form of guarding, the company often gives no consideration to the aptitude, physicality, background or training of the 'security guards' provided.

Whether the on-site security team is employed directly or sub-contracted, WestFrame offer businesses a number of structured training programs that will greatly enhance the effectiveness of their security team and subsequently the security of both the enterprise and personnel as a whole.

Through WestFrame structures training program, in house security teams will learn first-hand how to guard against acts of terrorism, theft, willful damage, corporate espionage and malicious attack.

Employee Personal Security Training Programs

Whether a Board member or a 'coal face' employee, WestFrame provide two distinct training courses that greatly increase capability and awareness for those individuals who will be visiting or working within regions of hostility or diminished law enforcement. Training includes surveillance awareness, kidnap counter measures, first aid, basic self defence and situational awareness and planning.
